what is Wellness coaching?

Transformational Holistic Wellness Coaching is a partnership where we work together to explore what parts of your health and life you would like to improve, set goals that inspire you, and co-create action steps to get you there. Through coaching we can create meaningful, transformational changes in your life so you can move towards sustainable and consistent health, wellbeing, and happiness. 
​Wellness Coaching is for anyone and is built on service, resilience, holistic wellness, and transformation. Coaching helps you prioritize your health and wellness on every level- physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, occupational, social and environmentally.

Wellness Coaching can give deep meaning and purpose and encourages self-care and self-development. By using authentic deep self-inquiry and embracing the growth mindset, Wellness Coaching can help you have lasting lifestyle changes that are consistent and sustainable. With the goals of whole- body health leading to enduring happiness, true fulfillment, being fearless, mindfulness, stress reduction, balance, and creativity.

Emily Glenn

I am a Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Nurse Coach. I create life changing, adventure-rich transformational experiences, calling you forward into your truest self and power. Adventure, play, connection and value are my core beliefs.

I love pulling others out of their comfort zones and into transformational growth and empowerment. My coaching is leads with service and is powerful, authentic, and fun! I am excited to meet you right where you are at and help you reach your health and wellness goals. Many put themselves and their needs last and I would love the opportunity to walk with you on your journey to being the best, healthiest version of yourself.  In Transformational Nurse Coaching, I am powerfully and authentically in service of you by creating opportunities for you to grow in every area of life and help you connect your mind, body and spirit.  You are the expert of your health, and you are worth it!

As a nurse of 16 years with a wide variety of expertise, I want to approach health in a proactive way so I can be fully aware and fully alive now. What are you waiting for? I am happy to talk it through with you and give you more information.
